The founder of the company, Dr. Li Yake, holds a doctorate degree in communication and information systems from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a doctorate degree in electronic engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He has more than 15 years of scientific research and engineering experience in the fields of radar signal processing, microwave circuit design and aviation positioning technology. He is currently a researcher and research team leader at the Haixi Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has served as the radar director of the well-known Seamatica Aerospace radar and a senior R&D scientist at MDA. Dr. Li's profound scientific research background and rich international engineering experience have injected advanced technical concepts and strong technical support into the company.
