The founder of the company, Dr. Li Yake, holds two doctoral degrees in communication and information systems from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and electronic engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He has more than 15 years of scientific and engineering experience in the fields of radar signal processing, microwave circuit design and aeronautical positioning technology. He is currently a researcher and research team leader at the Haixi Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has served as the famous Seamatica Aerospace radar director and a senior R&D scientist at MDA.
